Supervise construction sites and manage interior fit-out works
Conduct on-site measurements, layout marking, and construction verification
Control project progress, quality, and schedule
Clarify construction drawing issues, coordinate on-site adjustments, and integrate work among different trades
Inspect incoming materials and monitor construction quality
Manage on-site operations, maintain construction records, and report project progress
Coordinate and communicate with clients, designers, and subcontractors
Conduct final inspections and follow up on defect rectification

At least 6 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry
Proficient in AutoCAD, with basic drawing and drafting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Hold a valid car and motorcycle driver’s license and be able to travel to project sites
Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites elsewhere in Taiwan
Detail-oriented and responsible, with a strong passion for construction quality
Able to work independently, proactive, with strong coordination and communication skills
